RETURNS AND REFUNDS

WRONG PRODUCT OR SIZE
If you receive a product or size different from the one in your order, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Plant Care will pay the return shipping cost. You may choose a replacement with the correct product or a full refund.
MATERIAL PREFERENCE
If you wish to return a product because you do not like its material, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. You will pay the return shipping cost, and the actual return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
